And sometimes,
between things we never imagined could coexist.
Between the organic and the mineral.
Between beauty and strangeness.
Between fragility and growth.
Between intuition and research.
Between organism and object.
An amalgam is not about erasing differences.
It is about allowing them to coexist.
This idea has accompanied my practice for years.

entre cosas que jamás imaginamos que pudieran coexistir.
Entre lo orgánico y lo mineral.
Entre la belleza y lo extraño.
Entre la fragilidad y el crecimiento.
Entre la intuición y la investigación.
Entre el organismo y el objeto.
Una amalgama no consiste en borrar las diferencias.
Consiste en permitir que coexistan.
Esta idea ha acompañado mi práctica durante años.
